Ayala Land Premier’s Garden Towers Residential Development lives in the heart of Makati’s retail district. Crone Partners design for 2 towers, 61 and 53 levels respectively and housing approximately 680 residences in 2012.
Key environmental features of the design, endemic to the Crone Design Methodology include; Flexible sun rooms, sky gardens, green walls, extensive landscaped amenity areas and spectacular Garden Lobby Drop-off.
The photograph below shows early ground works on site, due for completion 2017. The first phase of the development will see Tower 1 and podium built, with a total GFA of 60,000m2 and 320 apartments.

modern frankfurt

Frankfurt is a city with a mixture of modern and historic buildings woven into the urban fabric. Pummelled by WW2 the city has re birthed with modern architectural buildings of a very high standard of design.

Below are images of some of these buildings I stumbled upon last week, including Studio Fuksas designed, My Zeil shopping mall and it's stunning amorphic  glass spine.

Massimiliano Fuksas is a Roman architect also famous for the New Trade Fair building in Milano.

Saint Exupery Airport, France

Santiago Calatrava, is an amazing structural engineer/architect. His designs are true creations of beauty that are more like pieces of art than structural solutions.

I stumbled on this building on my travels from Lyon to London this morning.

I wish I had longer to dwell in the beauty of Calatrava's magic.
